- 30ml Sweet vermouth

 

Glass: Rock
Garnish: Orange wedge

 

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a glass over a block of ice and garnish.

- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

 

Glass: Martini
Garnish: Cocktail cherry / Orange peel

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
