- 15ml Simple syrup
- Top with soda

Garnish: A sprig of thyme

 

Combine the first three ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with soda and garnish.

- 60ml gin
- 20ml Lime juice
- 15ml Simple syrup

 

Glass: Martini
Garnish: Lime wheel

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
